Job Description:
- The resource should lead end to end delivery of the ServiceNow SSO automation implementation ensuring alignment to scope timelines and quality objectives
- The resource should conduct requirement workshops facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive requirement finalization and design approvals
- The resource should define and govern sprint plans track milestones and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
- The resource should manage stakeholder communication governance cadence escalation handling and reporting
- The resource should provide oversight on solution architecture integration approach and overall platform design
- The resource should ensure successful UAT golive readiness and hypercare support
