Job Description:

The resource should lead end to end delivery of the ServiceNow SSO automation implementation ensuring alignment to scope timelines and quality objectives
The resource should conduct requirement workshops facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive requirement finalization and design approvals
The resource should define and govern sprint plans track milestones and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
The resource should manage stakeholder communication governance cadence escalation handling and reporting
The resource should provide oversight on solution architecture integration approach and overall platform design
The resource should ensure successful UAT golive readiness and hypercare support
