Job Type: Full-Time (Hourly plus Bonuses)

Reports To: Store Manager

Position Summary

The Tire Technician is responsible for installing tires and wheels performing wheel alignments and supporting daily shop operations. This role plays an important part in ensuring customers receive safe reliable service while maintaining a clean organized and efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate is a dependable hands-on team member who takes pride in quality workmanship works well in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Tire & Wheel Installation

• Mount balance and install tires and wheels
• Perform wheel alignments using shop equipment
• Inspect tires wheels and vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards
• Assist with test drives when necessary

Shop Operations

• Maintain a clean safe and organized shop environment
• Follow company safety procedures and service standards
• Assist other team members when needed to support daily operations
• Properly maintain tools and equipment

Customer Support

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Support the team in delivering a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience mounting and balancing tires required
• Experience performing wheel alignments preferred
• Strong mechanical ability and comfort working with tools
• Reliable hardworking and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid drivers license required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend stoop reach and lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic required
• Flexible schedule required
