Job Description
This role is integral to our departments success as it involves servicing and maintaining various tools and equipment following strict procedures to ensure quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HSEQ requirements and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities
Adhere to all Health Safety Environment and Quality (HSEQ) requirements and procedures.
Complete web-based training modules and stay updated with the latest industry standards.
Service tools efficiently and accurately ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
Follow supervisors instructions and meet production targets for tool servicing.
Engage in product-specific training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in action planning for new projects contributing to the departments growth and development.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment as per supervisors guidelines.
Attend formal training sessions at NOV facilities to enhance tool-specific knowledge and skills.


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Previous experience in a technical or mechanical role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate equipment safely.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
