Your Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

• Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle systems: engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes A/C and more

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs or service needs

• Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• Ford Certification preferred

• 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus

• Strong diagnostic electrical and engine repair skills (B-level qualifications)

• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Positive team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies
