Danners Incorporated a trusted name in the security industry for over 85 years is growing and were looking for an experienced Service Technician Level III to join our Video Division team.
This is not an entry-level technician role. Were looking for a seasoned hands-on professional who can troubleshoot complex systems support field technicians and deliver high-quality installations and service for commercial security and surveillance systems.

What Youll Do
As a Level III Technician youll serve as a senior field technician supporting installations maintenance troubleshooting and service work across a variety of customer environments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Installing and servicing CCTV access control intrusion systems and low-voltage wiring
- Troubleshooting advanced system and networking issues
- Configuring and testing IP-based surveillance systems
- Reading blueprints wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades
- Supporting and mentoring Level I and Level II technicians
- Maintaining accurate documentation and service records
- Ensuring job sites are safe organized and professional
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support
What Were Looking For
Required:
- 5 years of experience in security systems CCTV access control low-voltage or related field service work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with IP-based and network-connected systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Valid Texas Drivers License with good driving record
- Ability to work independently and support field teams
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred:
- Low-voltage CCTV or access control certifications
- Experience with commercial or industrial security systems
- Manufacturer certifications
- TWIC card
