A well-established company specializing in commercial kitchen and industrial equipment is seeking an experienced Service Technician to lead its technical service operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise a team of 2 employees.
Perform maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on equipment.
Handle electrical and mechanical repairs.
Manage and follow up on service tickets.
Provide excellent customer service and coordinate repair requests.
Provide technical support related to company products.
Travel throughout the United States and Canada as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in equipment maintenance electrical and mechanical work.
Experience in technical service and customer service.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
