Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair commercial foodservice equipment including cooking preparation ware washing weigh wrap baking and refrigeration systems.
- Travel directly from home to customer locations and perform on-site service calls with minimal supervision.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting productivity and performance goals.
- Accurately document service activities repairs performed parts utilized and equipment conditions.
- Maintain a clean organized service vehicle and manage inventory effectively.
- Participate in on-call rotations and overtime as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism technical expertise and responsive service.
Service Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC electrical systems appliance repair or building maintenance.
- High school diploma GED or trade school certification required; HVAC-related certification or degree preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Valid drivers license with the ability to travel daily for service calls.
- Willingness to attend technical training at the companys headquarters in Troy OH.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

Compensation: $23.00 - $36.00/hour DOE
