In this role youll apply your automotive skills in a fast-growing industry at the forefront of mobility technology. From routine services to emergency response your work will directly impact the safety and performance of the companys fleet operations. Youll ensure vehicles are road-ready through routine maintenance light repairs and field support.
Were looking for experienced automotive technicians who are detail-oriented safety-focused and comfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical backgrounds experience with electric vehicles and thrive in a fast-paced hands-on environment.
- Assess and document vehicle damage after road incidents.
- Perform minor on-site repairs and coordinate major repairs with partner service centers.
- Conduct regular scheduled maintenance and inspections (e.g. brakes fluids AC tires etc.).
- Monitor vehicle condition and report potential issues before they become problems.
- Support field operations by overseeing car evacuations and towing after incidents.
- Keep the fleet operational and road-ready by transporting vehicles for service appointments repairs and car washes.
- Maintain fleet and shop cleanliness readiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician or in a similar mechanical role
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems diagnostics and EV fundamentals
- Clean driving record and valid Texas drivers license
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-changing priorities
- Detail-oriented and committed to safety and quality
- Comfortable working around advanced autonomous vehicle technology
- Prior experience as an EV Technician is highly preferred
- Experience with ADAS vehicles preferred
