As an Automotive Technician at STORE NAME you will:

• Diagnose and repair BRAND(S) and other vehicles using manufacturer procedures and advanced diagnostic tools

• Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure new vehicles meet dealership quality standards

• Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes brake service fluid exchanges tire rotations and multi-point inspections

• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment

• Provide accurate service recommendations to service advisors and customers

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology

• Pay Structure: HOURLY/FLAT-RATE RANGE based on experience and certifications

• Weekly or Bi-Weekly Pay (select one based on store practices)

• Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using experience tools and BRAND manufacturer procedures

• Perform routine maintenance repairs and multi-point inspections

• Complete pre-delivery inspections for retail and new inventory vehicles

• Maintain clean safe workspaces and follow all shop safety standards

• Complete accurate repair documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer guidelines

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when needed

• Assist with shop organization parts inventory needs and team support

• Participate in required training sessions and service meetings

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or college degree preferred

• Minimum X YEARS of experience in a dealership or high-volume repair facility

• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional appearance strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to lift up to X lbs bend kneel and work in various conditions
