Skyline Ford is looking for someone with a mechanical background strong customer service skills and the drive to learn. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a Ford dealership and play an important role on an experienced service team.

What youll do:

• Answer phone calls schedule appointments and help customers with service questions.
• Assist with dispatching work to technicians and coordinating shop workflow.
• Support advisors with repair orders customer updates and follow-through.
• Handle overflow customers during the week.
• Serve as the Saturday advisor managing customer check-in repair recommendations and vehicle delivery.

What were looking for:

• Previous automotive industry experiencewhether as a service advisor service writer scheduler independent shop assistant or in another automotive service role.
• A mechanical background and a practical understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly professional phone presence.
• Organization attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Initiative dependable follow-through and a strong desire to learn.
• Availability to work Saturdays.

Automotive industry experience is required. Dealership and service advisor experience are preferred but not required. Familiarity with CDK and Xtime is a strong plus.

Compensation: Pay depends on experience (DOE).
