Position Overview

The Service Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the service department ensuring all service calls inspections and maintenance tasks are scheduled completed and documented to the highest quality standards. This role maintains daily contact with technicians coordinates schedules resolves issues and ensures that both team members and customers are supported. The Service Supervisor also conducts regular training sessions to improve technical and service skills within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Supervise and coordinate daily service and inspection activities.
• 
  Ensure all service calls are completed on time and in accordance with company standards and contractual agreements.
• 
  Maintain daily communication with technicians to provide direction updates and support.
• 
  Conduct regular training sessions to develop technical knowledge and improve customer service performance.
• 
  Collaborate with technicians and coordinators to quickly identify and resolve service-related issues.
• 
  Prepare accurate reports on service performance inspections and customer feedback.
• 
  Ensure the service team has the proper tools equipment and resources to succeed.
• 
  Promote and enforce adherence to safety standards company policies and industry regulations.
• 
  Support customer satisfaction by handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of service concerns.
• 
  Work with management to implement process improvements that enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

Education & Experience

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• 
  24 years of experience in fire security or life safety service/inspection roles.
• 
  Prior experience in a leadership team lead or supervisory capacity strongly preferred.
• 
  Strong working knowledge of service operations inspections and scheduling processes.
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook) and service platforms (e.g. FieldHub or similar).
• 
  Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

  Pay range for this role is $52000-$60000 per year
