Youll be selling recurring janitorial contracts porter services nightly cleaning and maintenance to office buildings management companies schools food companies stores and more. This is a field-first results-only role built for someone who thrives on the hunt and knows how to close.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Self-generate leads and build your own pipeline from the ground up
Research target sites identify decision-makers and get in front of the right people
Knock on doors and meet prospects face-to-face across the NYC market
Sales Execution
Pitch and close recurring janitorial service contracts across a wide range of industries
Manage your own schedule and determine your own target audience
Build relationships with clients to stack multiple contracts within the same customer base
Account Growth
Maintain and renew existing contracts
Grow your book of business over time commissions apply to renewals as well as new wins
Base salary to start then commission opportunity to earn $150000 OTE
Qualifications
Prior experience in service sales strongly preferred this role rewards those whove been in the field
Existing connections in construction or facilities management a strong plus
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without micromanagement
Results-driven mindset success here is measured by what you close not when you clock in
