Service Porter (Driver)

Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter (Driver) to join our team in Saginaw MI. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by transporting vehicles maintaining the lot and providing exceptional customer service.

• Move vehicles to and from the service department customer parking and designated areas on the lot
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and showroom vehicles
• Assist service technicians with vehicle preparation and delivery
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting courteously with customers and staff
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as walking standing and lifting
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
