Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Service Parts Picker Admin to join our Service Parts Department. This role owns the system and inventory side of parts fulfillment including processing part transactions managing warehouse locations converting and distributing orders and building and maintaining buildup stock allowing pickers and shippers can work efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate has strong inventory intuition is comfortable working in ERP systems Microsoft office and takes pride in keeping people informed and records up to date.
Position Responsibilities
- Process parts transactions in our ERP system (Genius) including part transfers between warehouses and locations with a high level of accuracy
- Manage and maintain part accuracy within the warehouse and in Genius ensuring physical inventory matches system records
- Convert and distribute incoming orders routing them appropriately to pickers for fulfillment
- Create and manage buildups in Genius including component allocation for kitted and assembled parts
- Monitor and manage buildup stock levels to ensure adequate supply is on hand to meet demand
- Assist with inventory management including cycle counts audits and discrepancy resolution
- Perform clerical/administrative tasks including drafting emails memos invoices and reports as needed
- Support pickers shippers and the broader service team with inventory questions and special case requests
Position Qualifications
- Strong inventory intuition with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies before they become problems
- Experience with ERP systems (Genius) and a willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed
- Knowledge of office administration clerical procedures and recordkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with particular strength in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet order deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED and reliable transportation
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Two or more years of relevant administrative parts or warehouse experience
- Prior experience managing inventory locations transfers or buildup/kitting processes
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment but requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems
- Requires duties performed in a warehouse or production setting including loud noises
- Work is a mix of computer based system work and time on foot moving throughout the facility
