Service Parts Operator

Location: Livonia
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
(with potential to shift to 7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM based on production needs)
Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hr with wage progression

• Operate various machines and tools to produce parts according to customer specifications

• Follow work orders instructions and shift leader guidance for part setup and process flow

• Perform visual and measurement-based quality checks throughout the job

• Track materials used and time spent on each work order

• Keep work area clean and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards

• Work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision

• Contribute to a positive safety culture and help maintain ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards

• High school diploma or GED required

• 24 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints or part drawings

• Basic knowledge of shop equipment and production tools

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical skill set

• Able to lift 30 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to adjust shift time as needed for production demands

• Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
