This role is critical in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and efficient management of our service department. • Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Manage and develop service staff including training scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service metrics and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in a service management role preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid drivers license.
