Are you organized customer-focused and someone who likes to stay busy We are looking for aService Drive Coordinator to help keep our service drive organized on schedule and delivering a great experience for every customer. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strongcustomer service organization and time-management skillsbut may not have automotive experience.
What Youll Do
- Greet customers and provide a friendly professional experience
- Coordinate scheduledoil changes tire rotations and routine maintenance appointments
- Check customers in and gather the necessary vehicle and service information
- Help keep appointments organized and running on schedule
- Communicate with customers throughout their visit
- Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently
- Assist customers with basic maintenance questions and service recommendations as you learn the position
- Keep customer and vehicle information accurate and organized
- Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience
