Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Service Dispatcher for our Bentonville AR office. This role provides operational and administrative support by scheduling and dispatching service tickets to field technicians nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service tickets to field technicians across nationwide job sites

Communicate directly with technicians project managers and field staff to maintain project timelines

Track certificates of insurance and manage deliverables for completed work orders

Assist project leadership with daily operational tasks project scheduling and billing preparation

Create and maintain organized project files and documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)

Prior dispatching or logistics support experience within electrical low voltage or technical services

Strong proficiency with computers Microsoft Office spreadsheets and dispatching systems

Ability to type at least 40 WPM

Basic understanding of cabling fiber or network infrastructure is a plus

Strong communication task prioritization and organizational skills

Pay Range: $15.00 $21.00 per hour depending on experience
