Job Summary
Job Description:
- Provide L1L2 technical support via calls emails chat and ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot hardware software OS network and application issues
- Handle incident request and access management as per SLA
- Perform user account management AD password reset mailbox VPN
- Monitor update and resolve tickets using ITSM tools ServiceNow Remedy etc
- Escalate issues to L2L3 teams with proper documentation
- Support Windows Office 365 Outlook Teams and basic networking
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution and clear communication
- Adhere to ITIL processes SOPs and compliance standards
- Maintain knowledge base and provide shifthandover updates
