Service Customer Experience Agent (BDC)

At Doug Smith Auto we take pride in taking care of our customers and our team. As a Service BDC Agent youll be the central communication hub for our Service Departmenthandling inbound and outbound calls answering customer chats scheduling service appointments and answering basic questions to keep everything running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing

You are the first point of contact and the ultimate helper for our service guests. No high-pressure salesjust high-quality customer care across every channel.

  • Manage Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls text messages and live website chats.

  • Scheduling: Book service appointments accurately so our workshop stays efficient and customers get back on the road safely.

  • Customer Support: Answer basic service questions provide updates and ensure every guest feels valued.

  • Outreach: Make outbound follow-up calls to remind customers about upcoming maintenance or check in on recent service.

  • Availability: Ready to work full-time including Saturdays (with a set day off during the week).
