Pay Range: $15 - $28 hourly depending on experience

Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Virginia Beach VA!

What We Need

• Focus on serving customers

What Our Service Coordinators Do

• Answer all calls inbound to the Service Department schedule appointments and provide assistance appropriate to the callers needs
• Coordinate customers vehicle service appointments including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles as applicable
• Monitor scheduled reservations contacting no-shows daily to reschedule

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be able to walk bend and sit for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and CDK
• Strong organizational and communication skills
