Service Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated energetic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator at our Mankato location working with the team that provides service delivery and repairs of medical equipment such as wheelchairs hospital beds lift chairs and patient lifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Providingknowledgeable answers to questions about assessments service and repair needs to our customers
• Advisingcustomers and troubleshootingservice issues over the phone and schedules appropriate service appointments
• Ensuringproperverbal/written authorization and documentation for medical treatment from appropriate sources
• Communicatingwith referral sources customers vendors and team regarding repairs and deliveries
• Providingworld class customer experiences

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
• Two years related experience including customer service experience
• Durable medical equipment and/or healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills including all communication types-email text phone face-to-face
• General computer knowledge and ability to type 35 wpm
• Bi-lingual a plus
