The Service BDC & Warranty Administrator supports Service growth by managing customer calls scheduling appointments and accurately processing warranty claims.

The compensation for the Service BDC/Warranty Administrator is $45000.00 - $60000.00 per year. This includes hourly wages and monthly bonuses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming Service appointment calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule confirm and reschedule Service appointments
• Communicate with customers via phone text and email
• Help maintain high appointment show rates and customer retention
• Follow dealership scripts processes and communication standards
• Maintain relationships with factory reps and staff members
• Stay well versed on warranty coverage
• Maintain warranty receivables within factory and dealership guidelines
• ALL warranty claim repair orders are to be closed upon submission
• Maintain warranty rejection rate below zone average
• Additional Service and Parts administrative duties as assigned

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Previous customer service call center or dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Well versed in warranty coverage and guidelines
• Basic technical background and understanding of mechanical repairs
• Knowledge of alternate transportation procedures
