Do you enjoy helping people staying organized and calmly explaining why a quick noise might take a little longer than expected Perfect. Were looking for a Service Advisor who can juggle customers schedules and repair orderswith a sense of humor.

What Youll Do:

• Greet customers like youre genuinely glad they showed up
• Translate car noises into actionable service recommendations
• Keep customers informed while using plain English
• Balance customer expectations with real-world repair timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and expectations realistic
• Turn stressful car days into surprisingly pleasant experiences

What Were Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask without losing your cool (or your smile)
• Automotive or service experience is a plus but people skills matter most
• A sense of humoryoull need it and so will the customers
• Strong team player mentality (this is a big department with assorted personalities)

• Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Saturdays (Rotating) 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM
