Murdock Auto Team is seeking a motivated customer-focused Service Advisor to join our award-winning Service Department. As a Service Advisor youll serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers helping them understand their vehicles maintenance and repair needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle delivery.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Help achieve dealership customer satisfaction and performance goals.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software.
• Automotive knowledge or previous Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
