P & W Foreign Car Service Inc. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team in Pittsburgh PA. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service department ensuring exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about foreign cars and has excellent communication skills.

• Greet customers promptly and courteously establishing a positive rapport.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
• Prepare and provide accurate estimates and invoices.
• Manage service appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment within the service area.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle service options parts and industry developments.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in an automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of foreign car makes and models is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
• Professional appearance and a positive customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid drivers license.
