Service Advisor

Were looking for an experienced Ford Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers build trust write effective repair orders and thrive in a high-volume dealership service department.

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership service advisor experience

• Ford dealership experience strongly preferred

• CDK experience is a plus

• Xtime experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and repair orders

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy high-volume environment

• Strong follow-up organization and time-management skills

• Professional attitude with a team-first mentality

• Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs

• Write and manage repair orders from check-in through delivery

• Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs

• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

• Provide consistent updates throughout the repair process

• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction

• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships

• Work closely with the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently

We need someone who already knows the dealership business. This is a busy service department so were looking for an advisor who can step in handle a strong workload and deliver an exceptional customer experience without needing to be trained from the ground up.
