SERVICE ADVISOR Leif Johnson of Buda

This is not a desk job. This is a fast-moving service drive where your ability to communicate clearly move quickly and stay organized directly impacts customer satisfaction and shop performance.

• Greet customers immediately and set the tone for a fast friendly experience

• Write accurate repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes tires batteries light repairs)

• Confidently recommend manufacturer-recommended maintenance

• Manage multiple vehicles at once while keeping wait times low

• Communicate with technicians to keep work flowing efficiently

• Close repair orders cleanly and accurately

Strong sales confidence (ethical upselling is key)
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Comfort using dealership systems and multi-screen computer work
High energy and competitive drive
Clear professional communication
Service advisor or automotive experience preferred

To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:

1. At least 2years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
4. Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools
