REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.
- Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Completely document requests and concerns from clients for technicians.
- Follow up with customers to keep them informed on vehicle status and present technician suggested services.
- Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
- Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
- Communicate with other departments as needed for parts or work updates.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
