Parts Department Associate - Harley-Davidson
San Jose CA
San Jose Harley-Davidson is looking to expand our Parts Teamnow. Prior experience as a Harley-Davidson Parts Associate recommended. Mechanical knowledge preferred.
What Will I Do Every Day
- Greetcustomers respondto questions and provideextraordinary customer service
- Operatecash registers
- Achieveestablished goals
- Introducepromotions and opportunities to customers
- Cross-sellproducts to increase purchase amounts
- Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
- Read and understand parts catalogs when looking up and speaking to specific parts
- Answer phone calls provide price quotes and other information to customers
What Are the Requirements
- Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Prior auto/motorcycle parts sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to provideexception customer service
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
- High School Diploma or equivalent
