The Service Advisor will proactively check for recalls retrieve crucial vehicle information and maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates. Administrative duties including submitting documentation for warranty repair orders and handling customer relations will be performed on a per-need basis. Additionally the Service Advisor will be responsible for verifying warranty and service contract coverage preparing detailed repair orders obtaining necessary approvals and monitoring repair work to ensure timely completion. The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in reviewing completed jobs collecting payments and efficiently closing out service orders.
