Service Advisor

Elizabethton CDJR is seeking a driven customer-focused Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department inElizabethton TN. • Customer Relations: Greet customers warmly actively listen to their vehicle concerns and build lasting relationships.
• Consultative Selling: Inspect vehicle history advise customers on necessary maintenance and explain the value of recommended repairs.
• Workflow Management: Act as the liaison between the customer and technicians keeping repair orders accurate and updated.
• CSI Excellence: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by ensuring clear communication and timely vehicle delivery.

• Experience: Prior automotive service writing or dealership experience is highly preferred (CDJR experience is a major plus).
• Customer Service: Strong background in retail hospitality or customer-facing sales roles is required if you lack automotive experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
