JOB POSITION TITLE: SERVER / BARISTA FRSH By Aroma 360

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and upsell
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality

• Prior experience preparing sushi in a restaurant or similar setting
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights weekends and holidays.

FRSH by Aroma360 is looking for a friendly reliable Server / Barista with hands-on experience preparing matcha. This role combines attentive guest service with consistent beverage preparation in a fresh modern dining concept.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests explain the menu and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve poke bowls spring rolls and hand rolls.
- Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using proper measuring sifting whisking and water-temperature techniques.
- Prepare coffee and accommodate guests milk preferences.
- Follow beverage recipes to maintain consistent flavor texture and presentation.
- Process payments accurately through the POS system.
- Keep tables service areas and beverage stations clean organized and stocked.
- Follow food safety standards and communicate allergy requests clearly with the kitchen.
- Assist with opening closing and restocking duties.

Qualifications

- Previous server barista or café experience preferred.
- Matcha preparation experience required including preparing smooth clump-free matcha and hot and iced lattes.
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service.
- Reliable punctual and attentive to detail.
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
