Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at tables in a timely and organized manner
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale (POS) systems and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail ensuring orders are correct and presented professionally
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Process payments accurately handle cash and card transactions and provide appropriate change
• Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations and assist colleagues when needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently to maintain a safe dining environment
• Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure in fast-paced situations
• Respond to guest requests and special needs with flexibility and a customer-focused approach
• Contribute to a positive inclusive team environment through open communication and collaborative problem-solving
