• Welcome Residents: Greet residents warmly take meal orders and provide attentive service.

• Serve with a Smile: Deliver food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Create Great Experiences: Learn residents preferences and help make every meal enjoyable.

• Support Special Events: Assist with celebrations community events and special dining experiences.

• Keep It Clean: Help with dining room setup cleanup restocking and sanitation.

• Work as a Team: Partner with coworkers to keep dining services running smoothly.

• Positive Attitude: Bring friendly energy and a genuine desire to help others.

• Great Communication: Listen carefully and communicate clearly with residents and team members.

• Team Spirit: Be willing to collaborate and help wherever needed.

• Dependability: Be available to work scheduled shifts as needed including weekends and holidays.

• Experience: Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful but not required. Well train the right person!
