Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Professional confident upbeat and personable demeanor.
- Excellent guest-relations and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to remain composed attentive and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make thoughtful recommendations and confidently communicate menu and beverage offerings.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Must be able to stand and remain alert for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to continuously use hands and arms and perform bending reaching and twisting throughout a shift.
