As a Server 3 (Event Server) you will play an essential role in supporting the execution of events. Responsibilities include event set-up food and beverage service guest interaction event breakdown and the proper handling of equipment and decor. Youll contribute to creating a seamless and memorable experience for every client and guest by bringing energy professionalism and a strong service mindset.

This is an event-based position with a schedule that varies based on business needs and event demand with increased opportunities during peak seasons.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional enthusiastic responsible and dependable team player
• One (1) year of related experience and/or training preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on task
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure
• Service-minded proactive and adaptable
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting 25 lbs. frequently and occasional lifting or moving of heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment as needed
• Must possess a current California Food Handlers Card or obtain one withing 30 days of hire
• Must obtain in-house Allergen Certification within 14 days of hire
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays based on event schedules is required a minimum of two Saturdays per month
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

$19 - $21 per hour

Part-Time Hourly / Non-Exempt
