Plumbing Solutions is a residential new construction plumbing contractor operating four branches across South Carolina and Georgia. We build homes for the regions largest builders and we are scaling from a founder-run company into a professionally managed one. We are direct we hold standards and we measure what we say matters.


The Opportunity

We are launching septic installation in the Lexington-Columbia market and this is the seat that leads it in the field. You will be the licensed installer on every septic job we build and you will train the crew that grows with the division. Sewer work keeps you fully busy year-round while septic volume builds. The builder relationships already exist. The work is waiting on the right person.


What You Will Do

Install septic systems to SCDES permit: gravity pump elevated and mounded curtain drain and commercial systems.

Install sewer: building laterals city taps force mains grinder pumps and lift stations.

Serve as the licensed installer on septic jobs and supervise the crew working under your license.

Read permits approved layouts and soil reports and set elevations and grade with a laser.

Coordinate SCDES inspections. Nothing gets covered before it is inspected.

Photo-document every install before cover to company standard.

Operate a mini-excavator and skid steer safely around tanks trenches and drain fields.

Train two team members to install independently within six months.

Take daily assignments from Dispatch and work within the same chain of command as every Plumbing Solutions installer.

Requirements:

3 years installing septic systems. South Carolina experience strongly preferred.

Sewer lateral and tap experience. Force main grinder pump and lift station experience.

Active South Carolina Tier 2 or Tier 3 installer license or the ability to pass the Tier 2 exam within

45 days of hire. This is a condition of employment.

Strong laser and grade skills. You get elevations right the first time.

Confident on a mini-excavator and skid steer.

Able to teach. You can explain why not just show how.

Disciplined about documentation and following the permit exactly.

Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to our insurer.
