Key Responsibilities:
SEO/AEO& Content Optimization
Develop and implement SEOstrategies to increase organic traffic improve keyword rankings and build domain authority.
Implement multilingualAEO strategies to improve global searchand LLMvisibility and regional market penetration.
Utilize AI-powered SEO tools for content optimization and keyword research across multiple languages and regions.
Optimizeweb content landing pages and metadata for search performance and engagement.
Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site speed crawlability and indexing improvementsin collaboration with Enterprise Digital.
Team Leadership & Development
Manageassociate ensuring clear goals and priorities.
Provide mentorship feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with content development and analytics teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.
Monitor team performanceoptimizeworkflows and drive efficiency in campaign execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use Google Analytics SEMrush and ad platform insights to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Implement AI-driven analytics tools toidentifyoptimization opportunities and predict user behavior patterns.
Monitor and report on multi-language site performance and regional market effectiveness.
Develop and present key performance reports to measureorganic searchmarketing success.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
4 years of experience in SEO/AEO with team leadership experience.
Expertisein SEO tools (Google Analytics SEMrush Moz etc.).
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
Demonstrated success in managing multi-language websites and global SEO strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (3days a week in office) providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $82000 - $139000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth.
