Job Summary

As an SEO Manager reporting to Sr Manager of Performance Marketing youll play a critical role in overseeing Nasdaqs Capital Access Platforms inbound organic traffic growth and the execution of SEO/AEO strategy. Youll lead the SEO team to optimize Nasdaqs digital presence ensuring alignment between organic and paid strategies with a focus on maximizing inbound lead generation improving website experience and delivering measurable growth across key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO/AEO& Content Optimization

  • Develop and implement SEOstrategies to increase organic traffic improve keyword rankings and build domain authority.

  • Implement multilingualAEO strategies to improve global searchand LLMvisibility and regional market penetration.

  • Utilize AI-powered SEO tools for content optimization and keyword research across multiple languages and regions.

  • Optimizeweb content landing pages and metadata for search performance and engagement.

  • Manage technical SEO initiatives such as site speed crawlability and indexing improvementsin collaboration with Enterprise Digital.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manageassociate ensuring clear goals and priorities.

  • Provide mentorship feedback and professional development opportunities to team members.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with content development and analytics teams to execute integrated marketing strategies.

  • Monitor team performanceoptimizeworkflows and drive efficiency in campaign execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics SEMrush and ad platform insights to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Implement AI-driven analytics tools toidentifyoptimization opportunities and predict user behavior patterns.

  • Monitor and report on multi-language site performance and regional market effectiveness.

  • Develop and present key performance reports to measureorganic searchmarketing success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.

  • 4 years of experience in SEO/AEO with team leadership experience.

  • Expertisein SEO tools (Google Analytics SEMrush Moz etc.).

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.

  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-language websites and global SEO strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

The base pay range for this role is $82000 - $139000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to: skill set experience education/training business needs and market demands.
