Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop customize and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Apex Triggers Batch Apex and asynchronous Apex.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces with Visualforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize application performance troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership mentor developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
• Expertise in Apex Apex Triggers and Batch Apex.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Visualforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits security models sharing rules and data management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools version control and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical initiatives.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
