Who we are looking for:

VorBiopharma is seekingaClinical Trial Manager/Sr. Clinical Trial Managerwhowill be responsible forleadingall aspects of clinical trial management from study start through study closure.

Key areas ofresponsibilities:

  • Manage all clinical aspects ofa clinical trialand ensures trial executionin compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines/regulations and applicable SOPs
  • Leadand collaborateeffectivelywithcross-functionalteams tooversee the setupexecutionandmanagementofVorBiopharmacomplexclinical trialsaccordingto plan and in the highest quality standards
  • Canmulti-task in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesand maintainaccurate forecastsclinical trial budgetsand timelines
  • Assist in development and management of study budget and maintains it within financial goals; reviews and approves clinical invoices against approved budget
  • Useoperational and therapeutic expertise to optimize trialsetup implementationandexecution
  • Proactivelyanticipate/identifystudy risks andissues determine escalation pathway anddevelop and implementssolutions
  • Conduct project risk analysis and develops risk mitigation strategies for a variety of complex problemstomaintain study deliverables
  • Provide technical expertiseto overseethedevelopment of clinical documents (protocol informed consent form CRF monitoring plans regulatory submission documents clinical study report investigator brochures etc.
  • Provideclinical operationsexpertise and strategic leadership in the evaluationselectionand management ofCROsand other external vendors to ensure successful clinical trial implementation and executionofVorBiopharma clinical trialsandensure that performance expectations are met
  • Provide expertise in the identification engagement and selection of key trial centers/PIsas well asdevelop relationships with investigators and site staff
  • Ensure audit-ready condition of clinical trial documentationand supportinspection readiness activities
  • Participatein the planning of quality assurance activities and coordinate resolution of audit findingswhich includes management through resolution (CAPA) of any site or study level issues deviations etc.
  • Actively provide direction and oversight and foster effective relationships with vendors investigatorsconsultantsand colleagues
  • Participate in the selection training and evaluation of study personnel (contract and internal) to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Manage and mentor clinical team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • BA or BSin ascientific life scienceor health-relateddiscipline;advanceddegree preferred
  • CTM:Minimum of 5to 7years of experience in clinical researchwith 1-2 years managing trials in thebiotech/pharmaindustryand/or prior CRO experience
  • Sr. CTM:Minimum of7yearsofexperience in clinical researchwith at least 3-5 years managing trials in thebiotech/pharmaindustryand/or prior CRO experience
  • Experience in setup execution and oversight/operational management of autoimmune trial experience - Sjogrens or Myasthenia Gravis preferred
  • Excellent communication writingand presentationskills withstrong problem-solving abilityand attentionto detail
  • Strong initiative and a can-do attitude excellent organizational skills ability to prioritizedeliverables/tasks tomeet deadlinesproven effectiveness in afast-moving and growing biotechenvironment
  • Solidworking knowledge in Good Clinical Practices and ICH Guidelinesand the application to the conduct of clinical trials
  • Proficient in MS Office Suiteand understandingClinicalTrialManagementSystemeTMF andEDCsystems is required
  • Ability/willingness to travelboth domestically and internationally as required

The salary range for the Clinical Trial Manager is expected to be between $140000 and $155000 per year. Individual pay may vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant job-related skills experience education or training market factors and work location.

The salary range for the Senior Clinical Trial Manager is expected to be between $175000 and $195000 per year. Individual pay may vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant job-related skills experience education or training market factors and work location.
