Senior Warehouse Associate Receiver (#a2ff)

You will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving staging and preparing freight for outbound shipment. Your work directly impacts on-time delivery inventory accuracy and safety for the team. This is an onsite role at the Carson CA warehouse.

• Receive goods: offload/load vehicles and containers check paperwork weigh measure and book in freight
• Operate material handling equipment including stand-up and sit-down forklifts and hand jacks
• Palletize stretch-wrap band and stage cargo to prepare outbound loads and ULDs for departure
• Match paperwork with freight accurately sign Bills of Lading verify counts and report damages or discrepancies
• Use the warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate organization and inventory
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and standards through general housekeeping and weekly bond checks
• Execute DFT procedures and maintain perimeter security where applicable
• Assist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvement

• Minimum 6 months of previous company-specific warehouse operations experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with the stamina to stand and walk for long periods and perform frequent bending and reaching
• Proficiency with technology computers and WMS systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to work flexible hours and meet location-established KPIs

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading shipping manifests and delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish
