Senior Warehouse Associate Bulk Driver Reach Operator 1st Shift (#68e1)

You will support timely and accurate warehouse operations that keep freight moving for the this onsite first-shift role based in Carson CA you will work with the operations team drivers and suppliers to receive stage and prepare outbound loads while meeting established KPIs and safety standards.

• Receive and unload inbound freight; offload/load vehicles and ocean containers with care to avoid damage
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts reach trucks and hand jacks to move and palletize cargo
• Match paperwork to freight verify counts sign Bills of Lading and report discrepancies or damages
• Prepare outbound loads: label stage and secure freight (stretch wrap/band) and prepare ULDs
• Use warehouse booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System to maintain organization and inventory accuracy
• Execute site-specific procedures (bond checks DFT procedures perimeter security) and follow customer SOPs
• Maintain housekeeping and warehouse standards; suggest process improvements and assist with training

• Age 18 or older
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand/walk for long periods frequently bend/twist/reach and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum 6 months of previous client warehouse operations experience
• Experience operating reach trucks/warehouse forklifts
• Ability to work flexible hours/days as site needs require
• Commitment to follow SOPs safety procedures and meet location performance standards (KPIs)

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading shipping manifests and delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish
