Senior Video Editor

AV-Solution Partner is the largest audiovisual network in the German-speaking region uniting 17 independent system integrators to deliver bundled expertise long-standing experience and future-proof solutions for our clients.

As a Senior Video Editor you will shape and produce video content within our remote team this role is responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories while ensuring every project meets the highest creative technical and brand standards.

• Lead the editing of complex and high-visibility video projects from raw footage through final delivery ensuring exceptional storytelling pacing structure and creative execution.

• Exercise independent creative and technical judgment to make advanced editorial decisions while maintaining alignment with project goals and brand standards.

• Apply advanced color correction color grading compositing visual effects layering and masking techniques to produce polished high-quality content.

• Design and develop motion graphics titles and visual effects that enhance storytelling and elevate production value.

• Execute professional audio editing mixing and sound design to ensure exceptional clarity and production quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional video editing and post-production experience with a proven track record of delivering complex high-quality video content.

• Demonstrated ability to independently make creative and technical decisions while aligning with brand standards and business objectives.

• Experience mentoring or coaching editors while providing constructive actionable feedback.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex creative and technical challenges with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering with producers videographers designers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional quality across all deliverables.
