Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to join our team in Sunset Park Brooklyn. As a Video Editor you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually stunning video content that aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment excel at meeting tight deadlines and work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality projects. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite strong creativity and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Location: Brooklyn NY

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content ensuring high-quality output that meets project requirements and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to understand project objectives creative direction and stakeholder expectations.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively even under pressure.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions into edits demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail.
• Stay updated on industry trends techniques and best practices in video editing and motion graphics.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to file management protocols to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions offering innovative ideas and solutions to enhance video content.
• Participate in team meetings presentations and reviews to share progress updates and insights on projects.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment supporting team members and contributing to a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Film Media Production Communications or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro After Effects and Photoshop.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling composition and design.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Dependable punctual and committed to coming into the office four days a week.
• Knowledge of video production workflows formats and codecs is a plus.
