Were looking for an experienced handson Senior Test Systems Technician
to support repair and maintain a wide range of electrical and electromechanical test equipment that keeps our facility running at peak performance. If you enjoy problemsolving leading others and working with complex systems this role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact every day.
What You Will Do
In this role youll be a goto expert supporting critical test equipment and operational systems. Your work will include:
- Perform troubleshooting repair overhaul and preventive maintenance on electrical and electromechanical test systems
- Execute advanced fabrication troubleshooting repair and preventive maintenance activities across a wide array of electrical and electromechanical equipment.
- Perform detailed diagnostics using oscilloscopes multimeters function generators/specialized electronic test instruments and other advanced test hardware; isolate faults down to the component level using schematics and technical prints.
- Drive component-level corrective actions including identifying required replacement parts sourcing or ordering components and validating corrective work through functional testing.
- Develop and refine maintenance procedures repair instructions and troubleshooting workflows that improve equipment uptime and repeatability.
- Learn and operate all assigned test machines; perform maintenance and repair of pneumatic hydraulic mechanical electromechanical and electrical subsystems to ensure test station availability.
- Efficiently configure and instrument test stations according to engineering or divisional specifications ensuring test integrity and compliance.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated handson experience with electronic and electro-mechanical test systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics mechanical drawings
- Must be knowledgeable in all types of electronic test equipment and using schematics
- Experience identifying failure root cause of types of equipment down to the component level
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for reporting documentation and data analysis
Qualifications We Prefer
- Familiarity with industrial PLC programming
- Familiarity with LabView and/or Visual Basic

The salary range for this role is 60000 USD - 114000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
