Senior Technical Writer (IAM) (Hybrid – 4 Days OnsiteWeek) [W2 ROLE]

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise technology environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience creating high-quality technical documentation collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale IT transformation initiatives.

• Develop maintain and update technical documentation for IAM platforms enterprise applications and security solutions.
• Create user guides process documentation SOPs knowledge base articles and implementation guides.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear concise and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering operations security and leadership teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Support Agile software development teams by documenting features workflows and system changes.
• Ensure documentation follows organizational standards best practices and version control processes.
• Manage documentation using content management systems and technical writing tools.

• 7 years of technical writing experience in large enterprise environments.
• 3 years of experience supporting large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and enterprise security concepts.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering operations and leadership.
• Experience documenting Agile or iterative software development projects.
• Proficiency with technical writing tools content management platforms and visual documentation tools.

• Experience documenting IAM platforms such as Okta SailPoint Azure AD Ping Identity or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise security authentication authorization and identity governance concepts.
• Experience creating architecture documentation process flows and technical diagrams.
