Job Summary
In this high-impact role you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions which may span Supply Chain Quality & Reliability Vehicle Development and Advanced Hardware Engineering. You will act as a brand ambassador partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements source recruit and close world-class engineering talent.
This position requires a unique blend of teamwork dedication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be genuinely passionate about Zooxs mission.
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
- Source candidates screen resumes and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists hiring managers and company leadership
- Manage offer process partnering with hiring managers leadership and HR teams
- 8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing screening and closing candidates)
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques
- Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry
- Expertise in leveraging at ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- Experience working for a recruiting agency
- Experience managing complex technical roles
