Job Summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to add to our internal recruiting team. This is a full-time employment opportunity with a high paced team supporting our family of companies. The successful candidate will partner with our Operating Group Presidents and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless value added and robust recruitment operation that will effectively meet our growing needs for talent and enable us to achieve our business this role you will be a key recruiting talent partner for various groups within the sector. You will interface with business and program leaders and deliver qualified talent to fill critical business :Provide sourcing recruiting support and consultation for hiring managers as a full life cycle RecruiterDrive specialized recruitment programs to address unique needs and spikes in hiring volume and pipeline developmentProvide recruiting support across all areas of the organization to include (but not limited to) IT Professional Services Facilities management Physical Security and Health. Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation networking cold calling complex internet searches and researchEstablish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely mannerEffectively build talent communities through various channels; Social Media (LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Blogs)Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategiesDevelop relationships with hiring managers in the various companies ensuring that recruitment is integrated into the business unitDrive operational excellence and compliance and set high recruitment standardsPropose diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the companyOther duties as assignedQualifications / Requirements:Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent work experienceMinimum 5 years of overall recruiting experience working for a government contractor. Experience must include sourcing internet recruiting recruitment process managementMinimum 3 years of experience recruiting technical track record in hiring cleared staff (Secret TS TSSCI etc) within the DoD Law Enforcement and Intelligence communities. The candidate must be knowledgeable in technology and management consulting fields and be able to recruit programmers systems analysts and business analysts successfullyExperience recruiting for facilities management and physical security roles preferredMust be able to handle a large load of open positions. Must be able to multitask and prioritize multiple be proficient with a computer and Microsoft OfficeDesired Characteristics:Full understanding of a regulated OFCCP environmentExperience using multiple social media sites to develop leadsProven experience executing attract/recruit strategies that support business priorities and objectivesExperience developing sourcing plans to identify diverse pools of talent to include military veteransExperience with full life cycle recruiting to include job brief (job launch) developing sourcing/marketing plan candidate outreach and development slate presentation offer and closeExperience identifying networking leads for passive talent using multiple internet sources such as niche sites organizations associations education blogs user groups specific industry news written and verbal communications in order to express thoughts in a structured and succinct manner with an ability to adapt communication message and style to audienceKnowledgeable of state and federal employment/hiring laws and internet candidate requirementsMust have a sense of urgency when neededConsultative: an advisor; assist and help managers achieve success; able to connect strategy and activitiesExecution focused: goal oriented; satisfaction from doing achieving and excellingMethodical: procedural and process focused; can develop a plan for executionRelationship management: Values how others might perceive themMust be able to think outside of the boxOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
