Position Description:
Our IT team is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT projects and aid in keeping projects on track. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Lead delivery of complex IT projects (cloud infrastructure security enterprise systems
- Keep projects on track scope schedule budget and execution
- Work side-by-side with engineers and leadership to solve problems and move work forward
- Act as the connector between IT and the business with clear communication
- Identify risks early and manage change before things go sideways
- Help define and improve how projects are delivered
- Maintain a safe working environment
Education:
- High school diploma
- Bachelors degree in Program or Project Management preferred
Skills/Experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in delivering technically complex IT projects is required
- Ability to run multiple high-impact projects at once is required
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems is required
- Comfortability with driving accountability and making decisions is required
- Being a clear communicator with both technical teams and leadership is required
- Experience in the AEC industry is preferred
- Familiarity with tools similar to Wrike is preferred
- Exposure to engineering environments (ProjectWise CAD etc.) is preferred
